A former owner of multiple successful businesses in the entertainment, publishing, retail and corporate gift fields, Michael is not only skilled in closing deals, he is an experienced entrepreneur.

    While in high school, Michael started his first company at age 17 and by the time he reached 30, he had launched multiple businesses, employing hundreds of people. Michael brings to the table an in depth knowledge of business, financing, deal structuring, and extensive experience in all phases of the acquisition process. In addition, he is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) – a highly regarded designation in the business brokers’ field which involves extensive education and testing, and trains brokers in the International Business Brokers Association code of ethics.

    Lea Ward is the Marketing Manager at Benjamin Ross Group, where she is responsible for all marketing efforts and public relations at the firm. She brings 11 years of marketing experience including marketing research, customer service, and social media. Lea has held various positions with increasing responsibility at various public and privately held companies.

  • Beth Goodman

    Beth Goodman brings more than twenty years of business and negotiation services to Benjamin Ross Group's clients. As a law school graduate and former litigation attorney, Beth has extensive knowledge in understanding legal contracts and complex business negotiations.

    Beth is involved in deal structuring and financing. She serves as a liaison between the lenders and the clients and is the point of contact for all inquirers that come into the firm regarding financing. Beth also navigates the parties through due diligence and manages the closing checklist from the bank.

  • Stacy Bank

    Stacy is the Office Manager and Director of Buyer Relations at the Benjamin Ross Group. She is most often the first person a prospective buyer or seller will speak with when calling the office. Stacy brings more than 27 years of business and customer service experience to the company. She has a background in both business and property management.

    Stacy earned her undergraduate degree from Arcadia University. She currently resides in Dresher, PA with her husband. In her free time she enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with her two daughters and son-in-law.
