Andrea Ahern brings more than ten years of experience in negotiating and financial services to Benjamin Ross Group’s clients. She serves as an SBA expert and closing specialist.

As a liaison between the brokers and Benjamin Ross Group’s clients (both buyers and sellers), Andrea is the point of contact for all inquirers that come into the firm regarding financing-only deals. She is present at all buyer/seller meetings in order to introduce both parties to the SBA process and to begin due diligence. Not only does Andrea navigate all parties through due diligence, she also manages the closing checklist from the bank and all the current listings on the marketing Web sites.

As a former paralegal, she has extensive knowledge in understanding legal contracts and managing transactions. She is also a certified notary for the state of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the Benjamin Ross Group, Andrea stayed home with her two children.

A graduate of Temple University, Andrea resides in Newtown, Pa. where she enjoys spending time with her two young sons.
