Nicole Finney serves as the office manager and director of buyer relations for the Benjamin Ross Group. With more than five years of sales, marketing, customer service and operations experience, she is most often the first person a prospective buyer or seller will speak with when calling the office.

In keeping with the Benjamin Ross Group’s commitment to exceptional service and sound business practices, it is Nicole’s job to ensure that all prospective clients are qualified. In fact, she must secure nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) and other necessary documentation from all potential buyers who wish to speak with a broker.

Nicole exhibits professionalism and attention to detail in her duties. As a result, she is also responsible for managing the firm’s marketing programs. Nicole is also known as the firm’s internal database. Her colleagues say she has a photographic memory and is quick to match prospective buyers with business sellers when asked.

Prior to joining the Benjamin Ross Group, Nicole held various positions in retail, sales, professional and customer services. During that time, she perfected the art of customer service and care. She shares her dedication to clients and their needs with the Benjamin Ross Group on a daily basis.  

A Bucks County native, Nicole attended the University of Tampa. She resides in Richboro, Pa., and enjoys spending time with her daughter.
