Benjamin Ross Group announces the acquisition of Homecare Specialists

Southampton, PA – Benjamin Ross Group, a mergers and acquisition/ business broker firm, www.BenjaminRossGroup.com, recently sold HomeCare Specialists, an Ocean City, New Jersey health care company.

HomeCare Specialists provides companion caregivers to the elderly for in home and outside the home care in Southern New Jersey.

HomeCare Specialists was previously owned by Barbara and Dr. Bill Mlkvy, who own a suite of health care companies based in Newtown, Pa. Bill Mlkvy, is a former professional basketball player and holds various NCAA records while playing for the Temple Owls.

HomeCare Specialties was purchased by a private investor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
