Benjamin Ross Group announces the acquisition of Arkay Manufacturing

Southampton, PA (May 2010) – Benjamin Ross Group www.BenjaminRossGroup.com , a mergers and acquisition/ business broker firm, recently sold Arkay Manufactures, in Feasterville, Pa.

Arkay, which was first established in 1994 manufactures prototypes for the pharmaceutical and food industries and also reengineers machine parts for various manufacturers throughout the mid-atlantic region.

Arkay was purchased by a former manufacturing executive from the semi-conductor industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
