Michael Lefkowitz is the founding
member of the Benjamin Ross Group. He has over 20 years of acquisition
experience. Before founding the Benjamin Ross Group, he was responsible
for acquisitions of two publicly traded companies where he was involved
with over 1000 of acquisitions throughout the U.S. In addition to his
work in the public sector, Michael has successfully sold two of his family’s
privately held businesses.
Michael was awarded the designation of Certified Business Intermediary
(CBI) the highly regarded designation which involves extensive education,
testing and code of ethics from the International Business Brokers Association.
Michael also holds the designation of Merger and Acquisition Master
Intermediary (M&AMI). The M&AMI has only been granted to 70 people
worldwide. Michael graduated from the University of Science in Philadelphia
(formerly P.C.P.&S.) and has held the position of adjunct professor
of business management at Temple University and the University of the
Sciences. Michael is also a member of The Institute of Business Appraisers,
Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association, Vistage International, the
world’s largest CEO organization, the Golden Slipper Club (a charitable
group who sponsors a camp for underprivileged children), and various
local Chambers of Commerce. |

Michael Meyer brings over two
decades of entrepreneurial, management, and negotiating experience to the
Benjamin Ross Group team. Capitalizing on a background in sales, management,
and business development, Michael has started and successfully owned various
businesses in the entertainment, publishing and corporate gift fields.
Michael, who was a nationally ranked tennis player, holds a bachelors degree
from Temple University and was awarded the designation of Certified Business
Intermediary (CBI), the highly regarded designation which involves extensive
education, testing and code of ethics from the International Business Brokers
Association.
Mr. Meyer is a member of the International Business Brokers Association,
Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and The Institute of Business
Appraisers. Michael is involved in numerous volunteer organizations. |

Kevin Freeman brings
years of business ownership, sales, finance and operations experience to
the Benjamin Ross Group team. Kevin was a scholarship soccer player in college
and graduated from Temple University. He became an entrepreneur, owning and
selling several successful businesses. He brings an intimate knowledge of
the sales process, having experienced it as a seller, buyer, and now merger
and acquisition professional. Kevin’s strengths include deal structuring
and the ability to understand the needs of his clients and customers.

which involves extensive education, testing and code of ethics from the International
Business Brokers Association.

Brian Reifer brings years of management and
sales experience to the Benjamin Ross Group team. Brian co-founded and owned
a successful staffing company. In addition to his business ownership experience,
Brian has extensive experience in industrial and commercial real estate.
Brian is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), the highly regarded designation
which involves extensive education, testing and code of ethics from the International
Business Brokers Association. Brian is a graduate of Lock Haven University
where he attended on a basketball scholarship.
Brian is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, Pennsylvania
Business Brokers Association, The Institute of Business Appraisers, and various

Andrea Ahern brings over ten years
of business experience in negotiating and finance to the Benjamin Ross Group
team. As a former paralegal, she also has extensive knowledge in understanding
legal contracts and managing transactions.
Andrea holds a bachelors degree from Temple University and is a Certified
Business Intermediary (CBI), the highly regarded designation that involves
extensive education, testing and code of ethics from the International
Business Brokers Association.
Andrea is a member of the International Business Brokers Association,
Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and is a notary for the state
