Benjamin Ross Group announces the acquisition of Whelan Doors

Southampton, PA (August 2009) – Benjamin Ross Group www.BenjaminRossGroup.com , a mergers and acquisition/ business broker firm, recently sold Whelan Doors, a Bensalem, Pa. based commercial door and loading dock installation company.
Whelan Doors, which is a second generation installation and service company, installs commercial doors, loading dock equipment and gate access equipment for industrial and commercial buildings throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

This is the second transaction the Benjamin Ross Group has performed for the owner of Whelan Doors.

Benjamin Ross Group (www.BenjaminRossGroup.com) engaged as business brokers, initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor and negotiated the sale.

Whelan Doors was purchased by a former executive of a publicity traded company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
