Benjamin Ross Group announces the acquistion of C-Pap Center

Warminster, PA (July, 21, 2010) – Benjamin Ross Group www.BenjaminRossGroup.com , a mergers and acquisition/ business broker firm, recently sold C-Pap Center, a leading durable medical equipment supplier in Bucks County.C-Pap Center was established in 2003, by David Shapiro, selling C-pap machines for sleep apnea. Since that time the business has expanded to include other medical equipment such as scooters, walkers, wheel chairs and diabetic supplies servicing all the major sleep centers in the Philadelphia area.

C-Pap Center was purchased by an entrepreneur, who will be working in the business with the founder to enhance the business and continue its solid reputation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
