Benjamin Ross Group announces the acquisition of a division of Richland Industries

Princeton, NJ (Sept 2011) – Benjamin Ross Group, a mergers and acquisition/ business broker firm, recently sold a highly successful vending route for Richland Industries.

Richland Industries is one of the largest bulk vending operators in the country, operating over 65,000 machines in all high traffic locations, serving many of the country’s supermarket and retail chain stores as well as thousands of Mom and Pops, such as Supermarkets, Discount Dollar Stores, Large Laundromats, etc.

The Ohio route was purchased by Pebble Creek Ventures, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Benjamin Ross Group engaged as business brokers, initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor and negotiated the transaction.
