Princeton, NJ – December, 2012 – Benjamin Ross Group, a mergers and acquisitions / business broker firm, www.BenjaminRossGroup.com, recently sold UserEdge Technical Personnel.

UserEdge Technical Personnel was established in 1995. The company is a boutique staffing company that focuses on identifying and placing expert writers, trainers, instructional designers and user experience professionals best suited for their clients short and long term needs, including writing web pages, user guides, trainer’s guides, online help systems, web based help systems, administrator’s guides, sales training, E-Learning, etc.

UserEdge currently services clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut. They are networked to the resources their clients are looking for and have a proprietary database containing over 10,000 contacts in the local Information Design community. UserEdge does both permanent placements and temporary staffing.

Benjamin Ross Group, (www.BenjaminRossGroup.com) engaged as business brokers, initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor and negotiated the sale.

The business was purchased by Cal-Jersey Enterprise, Inc. and will continue to do business as UserEdge Technical Personnel.

The transaction was financed with a SBA (Small Business Administration) loan.
