PBBA Fall Conference Overview

The Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association (PBBA) is pleased to announce a special joint fall conference with PBBA members and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Bar Association. This exciting program is open to Business Intermediaries, PBBA Members, Business Brokers, Accountants, Attorneys, Bankers and related transactional professionals. The conference is scheduled for October 2nd and October 3rd at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA.

The conference starts on October 2nd and the program will run from 2:30pm to 8:00pm with time for networking with PBBA members, speakers and guests. There will be a panel discussion with PBBA members and presentations by guest speakers with topics of interest to Business Brokers, Intermediaries and those affiliated with the Business Brokerage industry. Following this there will be a cocktail hour with networking opportunities. A full course dinner and more networking opportunities will follow the speakers presentations.

The conference continues for PBBA on October 3rd from 8:00am to 5:00pm which features 8 credits of IBBA continuing education credits. The course is IBBA #365 – Navigating Transaction Roadblocks (4 credits) and Course #395 – Essentials of the M&A Process for Buy and Sell Side (4 credits). The instructor is Thomas B. Whipple, CBI, M&AMI and managing principal and founding partner of Falcon Advisors. If you are interested in earning credits towards your CBI Certification (Certified Business Intermediary) or M&AMI (Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary), then you will want to attend the courses on October 3rd.
