Southampton, Pa. – September, 2013 – Benjamin Ross Group, a mergers and acquisitions/ business broker firm,, recently sold Servpro of New Cumberland and Carlisle, PA to a U.S. based private investor.

The Servpro franchise system has more than 1500 units and is rated as one of the top 10 franchises in the country and the number one franchise in the cleanup and restoration industry. The business is a specialized cleaning service concentrating in fire and water cleanup. This company consists of two territories. This first territory was started in 2004 by the current owner, which is New Cumberland/Carlisle in Cumberland County, PA and in 2006 a second territory was started in Lower Paxton/Halifax in Dauphin County, PA.


Benjamin Ross Group ( engaged as business brokers, initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor and negotiated the sale.

The business was financed with a SBA (small business administration) loan for the business.
