The Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association (PBBA) is pleased to announce a special joint conference with the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Bar Association. This exciting program is open to intermediaries, accountants, attorneys, bankers and related transactional professionals. The conference is scheduled for October 17 and October 18 at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia Pa.

The conference starts on October 17 and the program will run from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm with a panel discussion on the topics of Exit Planning and Tactics to Overcoming Hurdles in the Closing Process from 2:30pm to 5pm, with time for networking. Following the panel discussion, dinner will be served. After dinner we will present a program on branding and marketing for professional service firms.

The Conference continues for PBBA on October 18 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm which features 8 credits of continuing education credits. The course is IBBA # 304, Legal Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. The instructor is John Willems. If you are interested in earning credits towards your CBI Certification (Certified Business Intermediary) or M&AMI (Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary) then you will want to attend the course on October 18th.


Early Bird Registration for the Spring Conference and Course for a PBBA member is only $235.00 from now until October 5. The registration fee also includes a dinner on October 17 and breakfast & lunch on October 18. Hotel accommodations are not included in this fee. Please register today!
